For customers located here in the USA, your ring typically arrives within 10 to 20 days, barring any unforeseen delays. For customers located outside the USA, delivery may take between 15 to 30 days.
Are there options for expedited shipping?
At present, our response is no. Our custom-designed rings are made to order and shipped without any additional charges. Your uniquely inspired ring is expected to reach you within 10-20 calendar days from the date of order placement. Our primary objectives are to deliver high-quality products at competitive prices, with expedited delivery being a secondary consideration for the future.
Is tracking info provided with my order?

Do custom designs take longer to process and ship?
Once the design is approved by you, the production and shipping time is the same in comparison to purchasing an existing design.
