For customers located here in the USA, your ring typically arrives within 7 to 15 business days, barring any unforeseen delays. For customers located outside the USA, delivery may take between 9 to 20 business days.
Are there options for expedited shipping?
At present, our response is no. Our custom-designed rings are made to order and shipped without any additional charges.
Is tracking info provided with my order?
Yes. Once your item is shipped, you will receive automated tracking information via email. Please ensure that the email address provided at the time of your order is accurate.
Do custom designs take longer to process and ship?
Once the design is approved by you, the production and shipping time is the same in comparison to purchasing an existing design.
